The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was always clean and the towels were fresh. The tea and coffee making facilities were resupplied daily. The hotel location provides easy access to town.

The hotel staff was cute. They helped arrange excursions and provided excellent advice. We used the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, all inclusive. We also had a spa treatment, a total relaxation experience.
I had some sand in our en suite after a sea swim. It stayed there for the four days of our stay, showing poor housekeeping. Flannels and coffees were not replaced and an empty ice bucket remained for two days. The vegetarian selection was also very poor.

the breakfast buffet offered many options. i tried the cook-to-order omelets and found them superb. the spa facilities included a pool, and i used the provided robes and slippers. my room was well-equipped.
the hotel did not have enough parking spaces available for all guests.

This hotel exceeded every expectation! The staff stood out with their kindness and attentiveness. My room featured a gorgeous sea view with a balcony. it was really well-equipped. Breakfast offered an very nice choice, I especially enjoyed the waffles, so delicious!
The music from the Terrace bar continued late into the evening. Its heavy bass resonated into my third-floor room. I needed to use earplugs to sleep.

The breakfast buffet includes continental and full English options. It provides many choices. Staff in the Champagne Bar are very friendly and helpful, especially Cosmo. The hotel food showcases stylish presentation, something to really enjoy.

The front desk staff, including Ronojay, Ana, and Alvis, are professional and caring. Vinney was particularly pleasant and polite, and always helpful. All staff members remember guests by name. It's a nice touch.
